QUESTION 1: What methodes of payment do you accept? Currently we accept payments online with Paypal, and credit cards through our secure server. Checks, credit cards, and money orders are accepted by mail after checkout. Credit cards are accepted by fax and should be submitted in the fax, after the checkout process has been completed. Mail in and faxed orders must go through the shopping cart, then payment along with a copy of the email order should be sent. If payment is by credit cards write your credit card (include the card name, type -mastercard, visa, etc., and expiration date. We only ship to the address on credit cards. No exceptions. |

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours should they not agree with any corrections that may need to be made to Shipping/handling charges, or prices corrections, due to typographical error. |
QUESTION 2: Is there a minimum order amount? |
Answer: At the present time there is no minimum amount required for ordering.. |
Question 3: What is your return policy? RETURNS: All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A full refund minus any shipping/handling charges will be applied to your credit card or paid by check within 15 days of the items return (depending on the means in which the order was paid). Aurthorization is required for all returns in order to verify a return is within the terms listed, returns without authorization will not be accepted. A 7% restocking fee will be charged to all NON-DEFECTIVE returns. A return form for authorization is sent with your invoice. Damaged items must be reported to the carrier before requesting a credit or replacement . Do not return damaged orders without a Return Authorization Number. When signing for your packages check that the box is not damaged, opened, or unsealed. If any of these problems are present sign for the package with "EXCEPTION-OPENED", "EXCEPTION-DAMAGED". When returning "Authorized " orders place item(s) in the original carton and write RETURN TO SENDER on the label, make sure to also mark through your address lightly with a pen, and mail it to the address below.. All orders are subject to approval. We are not responsible for typeographical errors and in such an event you will receieve an email regarding any pricing errors and be given the option to cancel, change, or continue the amended order.
